Heads up! This pattern requires that you use a “half-square triangle ruler” to make the blocks. A half-square triangle ruler allows you to cut triangles that finish to whole inches and half-inches from strips.
To make the Bloomin’ Steps quilt with the scrappy-scrappy border option, you may wish to consider using the ScrapTherapy Small Quilt Grid by Quiltsmart®. While it’s not required to make the border, the printed fusible interfacing stabilizes all those small scrap pieces and seams and helps you plan scrap placement. You’ll need six panels, or three two-panel packs, to complete the entire border.
