I’ve heard that the best way to see Alaska is from a cruise ship . . .
And I say that the best way to take a cruise is to spend some of the time while you’re at sea in front of a sewing machine.
What do you think if we combine the two statements above, add some phenomenal pre-cut Bali batiks from our cruise sponsor, Hoffman Fabrics (Snaps, Crackers, and Pops, to be specific), add amazing prizes and give-aways from our other cruise sponsor, The Taunton Press, AND a brand new pattern named, appropriately, Breakfast at Sea from Hummingbird Highway . . . Sound like a plan!?
Join me on a Quilting Cruise to Alaska,
July 11-18, 2014
Our itinerary starts in Seattle, Washington, and includes three fabulous stops. While we’re in port, a quick visit to the local quilt shop will offer amazing new quilty adventures.
It’s easy! All of our travel arrangements will be expertly handled by Quilt Retreat at Sea. Pricing and additional information about the trip are all available here. If you have questions about the cruise, a quick email to Michelle will address any specifics not covered on the web page.
The ship’s conference room is all ours for the duration of the cruise. We’ll spend three full days of uninterrupted sewing time. Unless, of course, a whale shows up to break up the day for a swim-by visit!
By the end of the cruise, you’ll have a completed quilt top from a brand new Hummingbird Highway pattern.
Won’t you join me for some “Breakfast at Sea?”
Reserve your spot now. Alaska is a popular cruise destination, and even though it seems a long way off, I want you to have your choice from the best rooms on the ship.
