I’m Joan Ford, quilt book and pattern author and ‘Head Hummingbird’ at Hummingbird Highway, and ScrapTherapy, The Versatile Nine Patch, published by The Taunton Press, is the third book from the ScrapTherapy® series. The book features the popular 9-patch quilt block incorporated into a variety of scrappy, quilted patterns.
When I prepared the patterns and content for the book, I guess I went a little overboard, and there wasn’t enough space in the book for all the patterns I wrote! Oh no! The “9-in-the-Corner Pillow” pattern ended up on the ‘cutting room floor’ (so to speak!). So sad, right?
