The Horned Puffin lives along the northern Pacific coasts and nest on rocky cliffs. Their brightly colored, oversized beak, facial markings, and humorous waddle have earned them nicknames like ‘clown of the sea’ or ‘sea parrot.’ A group of puffins is called a circus. This fish-eater spends almost 10 months each year at sea, coming ashore to breed in the summer.
