Southern Rockhopper Penguin

Southern Rockhopper Penguins joined The FLOCK in January 2022. The inspiration for this particular penguin block is Wellington, a 30-year old penguin who resides at the Shedd Acquarium in Chicago, Illinois. During the 2020 pandemic year, Wellington’s daily adventures created online entertainment for many socially-distant watchers across the globe.
